Synopsis
Frank Weller misses the right moment to propose marriage. Because he and his girlfriend, Inspector Ann Kathrin Klaasen, are drawn deep into a particularly gruesome case.
The body of a young woman appeared in the Uplengen Moor. Ann Kathrin Klaasen wonders why the perpetrator made so little effort to properly sink the victim. It almost seems like it should be found.
While the team in Aurich is still evaluating the first clues, the six-month-old twins of a vacationing couple from the Ruhr area are kidnapped in front of the Schwanen pharmacy in the northern city center. A frantic search begins for the kidnapper of the babies and the murderer of the victim in the moor.
