單親媽Sybille與十幾歲的兒子Samuel同住，她不忍心看著Samuel逐漸染上暴力惡習，但她自己也還在對抗過去的陰影。
她想出了最後的辦法，帶著Samuel踏上了穿越吉爾吉斯的長途旅行。母子倆騎著馬，面對著壯麗又處處險境的自然環境，也面對這片土地上的人民和彼此。
改編自名作家羅宏莫維尼耶的小說《Continuer》（Editions de Minuit，2016年）。

Synopsis
Sybille, a divorced mother, can’t stand watching her teenage son Samuel slip into a violent and meaningless life. She is also struggling with her own demons, past and present.
As a last resort, she takes Samuel on a long journey across Kyrgyzstan. Accompanied only by their two horses, mother and son face the magnificent yet hostile natural environment, its dangers, its rewards, its people… and above all each other.
Based on the novel “Continuer” by acclaimed author Laurent Mauvignier (Editions de Minuit, 2016).
