Synopsis
To answer her eleven-year-old son Moritz’s urgent questions about his roots, single-mother Tina has tracked down Aiven in Cyprus, with whom she once had an affair while on vacation. Now married, the textiles exporter has never seen his son and has kept his paternity secret from his family. Moritz and Tina’s arrival throw Aiven and his wife Stella into an emotional crisis.
Synopsis
Eleven-year-old Moritz (Leo and Linus de Greiff) finally gets the opportunity to meet his father while on vacation in Cyprus. Because after his mother Tina Driesen (Annika Blendl) embarked on a holiday flirt with Aiven (Orhan Kilic) with serious consequences a decade ago, she broke off all contact shortly thereafter. When Tina faces her ex-boyfriend again, she is also certain that she made the right decision back then. The married export entrepreneur does not even think about admitting paternity. Moritz, however, is little impressed by this and, with the help of his uncle Elyas (Adam Bousdoukos), persuades his mother to visit Aiven's mixed-Cypriot parents. It does not take long…
