法國南部一家大型屠宰場和肉類包裝廠發現了一具男屍，脖子上掛著寫著「他們該受苦嗎」的標籤。

Synopsis
A man’s body is found in a large abattoir and meat-packing factory in the South of France, with a cattle label reading “Can they suffer” draped around his neck.
For young Inspector Samira Masson, on her first case, suspicion naturally turns to an animal rights association which has been organising media hype against the company for a while. But the body turns out to be that of an undercover cop from a genuine but little-known division of the police which specialises in veterinary surveillance. Internal Affairs Commander Etienne Barjac is subsequently dispatched to investigate with Samira.
